Terms of Refund & Exchange

  • To receive a full refund (minus shipping costs), the product must be returned unopened and in the same condition as when received.
  • The Refund & Exchange guarantee is valid for 14 days from the purchase receipt date.
  • The 30-Day Refund & Exchange guarantee applies only to manufacturing defects, and does not apply to external damage, neglect, or misuse.
  • All product accessories must be included and in original condition (Instruction Manual, Accessories, Invoice).
  • After 14 days from receiving the order, we can assist with repairs under the warranty, as returns or exchanges will no longer be available.

    • We’ll get in touch with you to confirm the delivery date with the shipping company for smooth processing.
    • Once we receive the returned product, it will be carefully examined, where they will assess the condition and determine the appropriate next steps.
      • If your return or replacement request is approved, one of our customer care agents will contact you to discuss the preferred method for issuing your refund:
      •  For online payments, the refund will be transferred back to the same account used for the original payment.
      • cash payments or cash on delivery, we offer refunds via bank transfer, Vodafone Cash, Instapay, or in-person cash collection at our headquarters.

    Required Information:

    • For a return through the bank: (Full name - Account number - Bank name - Branch name - SWIFT Code.)
    • For a return through Vodafone Cash or Instapay (mobile number and name).
